Credit & Copyright

All content (photos, texts, videos, sounds, etc.) available on this site remains the exclusive property of Proxinvest SAS and/or its partners and is subject to French legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations. Any extraction and/or reproduction of a substantial part of the information disseminated on the site is prohibited without the prior authorisation of Proxinvest SAS and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. It only applies within the framework of the respect of copyright. As a creation of the mind, images (even screen copies) are therefore protected by copyright (art. L112-2-9 of the Intellectual Property Code). The fact of reproducing or representing, without authorization, images, texts or documents is punishable under civil law by an order for damages. These damages are calculated on a case-by-case basis. It depends on the victim’s loss of profit, the damage suffered due to the distortion of the way the site is presented and the repercussions that the author of the site may have had, the way the image was put forward and the image that it may have brought in financial terms to the designer.
