It is Proxinvest’s digital operational platform to help enforce voting rights in France and to produce regulatory statistics.

For all French issuers, access to this operational platform allows Proxinvest clients to record their voting decisions and edit the paper ballot papers that, after signature, they can send to their custodian. On this platform are also duly listed for their issuers the personalized advisory letters and voting recommendations, classified according to the different portfolios (e.g. UCI) of the client, as well as regulatory statistics for the AMF (for management company clients).

For international issuers, the http://europroxy.com platform can be used as an interface for voting on an international platform as part of Proxinvest’s operational voting outsourcing service.

Access to http://europroxy.com is private and is offered by Proxinvest when subscribing to the Resolution Analysis service.

It is the ECGS digital platform for the classification of Proxy Reports and voting recommendations according to the ECGS Voting Policy on the one hand, and tailor-made according to the Voting Policy of the clients who have subscribed to this service, for issuers in Europe.

Access to http://www.ecgs-clients.com is private and is offered by Proxinvest when subscribing to the Resolution Analysis service.

Proxinvest provides its clients who have subscribed to the Governance Rating Service with a digital Platform dedicated to Governance Rating, with private access.

The site benefits from a classification and filtering function by sector, country or index.

The Governance Rating reports on the client’s target universe are accessible on this site.
