Directors' Remuneration Report

Following the publication of the eleventh Proxinvest’ Report on the Director ’s Remuneration in the French listed companies, Proxinvest presents his first annual report on the Directors’ Remuneration in the European listed companies.

This document introduces useful European Benchmark for the compensation of Chief Executive Officers and/or of Boards Chairmen as observed in seven different countries : France, Germany, Switzerland, United-Kingdom, Spain, Italy and Netherlands (DJ Eurostoxx 50 and the 10 highest capitalization in Switzerland and United-Kingdom). Moreover, this report also analyses the Director’s attendance fees granted for all the listed companies included in FSTE Eurofirst 300.

Furthermore, this report analyses in detail as well all the compensations’ elements of the Chief Executive Officers and/or Chairmen for the main French companies listed in the CAC 40 : fixed, bonus, other items, stock-options, restricted shares, severance payments and pension schemes.
